• Darlyne Sullivan
  General Manager & Executive Vice President of Operations
  Darlyne Sullivan has been the General Manager of Golden Road since February 2006 and Executive Vice President of Operations of Golden Road since 2004. From June 1993 until 2004, Mrs. Sullivan was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Assistant General Manager of Golden Road. Mrs. Sullivan has held positions including Assistant General Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing, Reservations and Sales Manager, Front Desk Manager, Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager for Golden Road from May 1977 through June 1993.

• Richard Cooley
  Vice President of Finance
  Richard Cooley has been Vice President of Finance of Golden Road since May 2001. Mr. Cooley was Vice President of Administration of Golden Road from March 2001 through May 2001, and served as Vice President of Operations of Golden Road from July 1995 through March 2001. Mr. Cooley served as Vice President of Finance of Golden Road from June 1993 through July 1995, and served as Controller of Golden Road from March 1993 through March 1994. Mr. Cooley was President and General Manager of the Reno Ramada Hotel Casino from May 1988 to March 1993, and he was Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager from 1981 to 1988. From July 1977 to June 1981, Mr. Cooley was Controller and Co-General Manager of the Shy Clown Casino in Reno. Mr. Cooley has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada.

• Debra Robinson, Esq.
  General Counsel
  Debbi Robinson has served as Monarch’s General Counsel since 1999. Ms. Robinson began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for Nevada State Supreme Court Justice Charles Springer. Thereafter she joined the venerable Nevada law firm of Vargas & Bartlett, focusing her practice on litigation defense and appeals. During her seven years with the Vargas firm, Ms. Robinson had the opportunity to represent a broad spectrum of high profile corporate clients and gaming companies (including Monarch), on a wide variety of issues. Ms. Robinson left the Vargas firm to found the law firm of Bowman and Robinson, where she continued her defense and appellate practice until accepting the position of General Counsel for Monarch. Ms. Robinson was born and raised in southern California and earned her juris doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law by the Nevada and California state bars. Additionally, she is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Gaming Section of the Nevada State Bar.
