Rich Frank will take your palate on a tour of his three Napa County vineyards. Upon arrival, you will sip Frank Family Vineyards "Napa Valley" Chardonnay 2007 while enjoying light appetizers. Once you're seated, the first course of Coquilles Saint Jacques will dance on your taste buds with its pairing of Frank Family Vineyards "Carneros" Chardonnay 2007. The remarkable Frank Family Vineyards "Reserve" Pinot Noir 2007 has a bold mix of cherry and violet, but resigns to a subtle finish of anise and rose petal. This pinot will melt with the second course, Smoked Duck Breast Salad with Orange and Sundried Cherry Vinaigrette. The main course includes a wood-fired Filet Mignon of Wagyu Beef with Truffle Ravioli and is accompanied by a duet of Frank Family Vineyards "Napa Valley" Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 and Frank Family Vineyards "Napa Valley" Zinfandel 2006. Dessert consists of Petit Fours and Chocolate Truffles, and will be finished off by a Frank Family Vineyards Zinfandel Port.

All proceeds from the Frank Family Vineyards Winemaker Dinner will benefit CARE Chest of the Sierra Nevada.
