Atlantis Steakhouse Debuts New Summer Menu

 RENO, NV. – AAA Four Diamond Atlantis Steakhouse is getting into the spirit of summer with a number of new menu items showcasing the best of seasonal ingredients.

 The Steamed Manila Clams feature Tasso ham, caramelized fennel, Pernod and fresh tarragon, or try the Oysters Casino, a mélange of diced oysters, smoky bacon, celery and sweet peppers roasted in the shell with a hint of cayenne. Also included in the seafood selection is the Lobster Thermidor, a classic Steakhouse entrée prepared tableside with mushrooms, sherry wine, cream, and tarragon.

 The summer menu showcases some of the best farm produce available, including the Roasted Baby Beet Salad and Seasonal Vegetable Platter.

 Atlantis Steakhouse proudly serves Allen Brothers 28-day aged USDA prime cuts of beef, as well as a variety of Certified Angus Beef and beautifully marbled American Kobe-style Wagyu Beef. The most recent addition to our line-up of steaks and chops is a 14 oz. Provimi Veal Chop grilled to perfection.

 We’ve also added several new Steakhouse Must-Haves to the menu, including Spiced Oven-Roasted Cauliflower, Sauteed Broccolini with Asiago Cheese and French Baby Green Beans with Pancetta and Marcona Almonds.

 Atlantis Steakhouse is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5 p.m.
