      The Rotary Club of Reno Centennial Sunset presents Taste of Reno Tahoe. The event is designed for the most discriminating palates; featuring original gourmet creations by creative chefs from the region's finest restaurants, expertly paired with rare, premium wines of selected varietals from many of the most highly regarded boutique wineries.

      A Taste of Reno Tahoe is “pairing good wine & food with great works." Since the first wine pairing event, the Rotary Club of Reno Centennial Sunset has donated nearly 3,000 hours of volunteer time and $85,000 to worthy causes. All proceeds fund local and international service projects for RCS Rotary Foundation, Inc. Attendees will enjoy the exceptionally good fare in an intimate setting and introductions to master wine makers and master chefs who reveal the sensual secrets about how flavors of certain gourmet foods come alive with just the right wines.     • A Toast and Taste of Summer

      Atlantis Casino Resort Spa and Encore Beverage will host the third annual A Toast & Taste of Summer, a wine and food expo to benefit the JDRF of Northern Nevada, on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 6pm in Atlantis’ Grand Ballroom. Guests are sure to enjoy exquisite wineries, microbreweries, restaurants, a photography display and live entertainment. All proceeds from this event will go to help children with diabetes in northern Nevada. The cost to attend is $35 in advance, and $45 at the door.
