Atlantis' Fine Dining Awards Set New Record at 19 Years!

Atlantis wins two 2019 Wine Spectator "Awards of Excellence"

MEDIA RELEASE. Reno, Nevada, July 3, 2019 – –

With nineteen consecutive wins, the Atlantis Steakhouse is the single, longest running Northern Nevada winner of the Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence.” Bistro Napa Restaurant is the second single, longest running Northern Nevada winner with its eighteenth consecutive Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence.” Atlantis Steakhouse and Bistro Napa each earned the prestigious Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” in July of 2019.

The Wine Spectator competition is worldwide, so it is a huge honor to the Atlantis Food and Beverage program that two “Awards of Excellence” winners are right here in Reno’s Atlantis Casino Resort Spa.

The “Award of Excellence” recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.

Atlantis Steakhouse proudly serves 36 wines by the glass and offers some 334 wine selections. Atlantis partners with distributors and producers to constantly research emerging varieties and wine regions in order to mirror the ever demanding and evolving palate of our guests. Wine from California, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Chile and Argentina complement an array of steaks, chops and composition menu offerings.

Bistro Napa’s Wine Cellar with 4,000 bottles, remains the visual centerpiece of the restaurant. Napa inspired dishes are fresh, organic and expertly paired with fine, hard to find wines, providing a delightful epicurean experience. Bistro Napa offers 36 wines by the glass and the wine list boasts 367 selections.

The Spirited Dining Series at Atlantis is a great way for guests to learn about varieties, vintages and fine dining offerings in the heart of Reno, Nevada.
