DAOU Vineyards

Bistro Napa invites you to a dinner featuring the wines of from DAOU Vineyards. Brothers Georges and Daniel Daou focus on Bordeaux varietals in their meticulously tended vineyards in the Adelaida District high in the rugged coast range west of Paso Robles. They use 100 percent free-run juice and native yeasts cultivated in their own vineyards to achieve the purest expression of terroir.
