Bistro Napa Presents Jordan Wine Dinner
Established in 1972, Jordan Vineyard & Winery was created as an homage to the great wine estates in France, making it Jordan’s goal to capture the timeless connection between food, wine and hospitality. Founders Tom and Sally Jordan wanted to be the first to create a Bordeaux-style California cabernet sauvignon that was approachable and young yet would age gracefully. The continuity and commitment of the Jordan family, along with the tenure of only two winemakers since the winery’s inception, has led to the remarkable quality and consistency of Jordan wines for more than four decades.
