House Rules

Patrons should check all tickets for accuracy before leaving the betting window.

Once a wager has been accepted by both parties, tickets will not be changed or canceled prior to the start of the event except at the discretion of Management and with the approval of both parties.

Management will pay off only on the actual computer-generated ticket.

Printed point spreads at the time the wager is accepted are used in the determinations of winners, losers and ties.  Management will keep a record of all point spreads, odds, final scores and related betting proposition statistics to protect both the customer and Management in case of obvious mechanical or human error.

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered or unreadable tickets.

Management reserves the right to refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.

Minimum and maximum wagers on all sporting events will be determined by Management.

Note: Maximum Single Parlay Payout is limited to $10,000. (Mobile App only)

All football, basketball, hockey and baseball games must be played on date specified unless otherwise noted.  All other events must be held within one week of scheduled date to be considered action unless otherwise noted.

For wagering purposes, the winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the event’s conclusion according to house wagering rules.  Management does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.

For wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated, games are official after:

FOOTBALL (professional and college) -  55 minutes of play.

BASKETBALL (professional) – 43 minutes of play.

BASKETBALL (college) – 35 minutes of play.

HOCKEY (professional and college) – 55 minutes of play.

BASEBALL – For wagering purposes, winners and losers of games are official after 5 innings of play.  If the home team is leading, the game is official after 4 ½ innings.  Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

When wagering on total runs the game must go 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is ahead) to have action.  Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the score is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

BOXING (professional and amateur) – When bell is sounded signifying the start of the opening round, the bout is considered official for wagering purposes, regardless of the scheduled length, weight, classification or championship sanction.

OTHER SPORTS – All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for wagering purposes.

Boxing – In boxing, when the bell sounds signifying the end of round, that is considered a full round for wagering purposes.  If the bout is officially stopped prior to the bell, that round is not considered a full round.

All boxing wagers including win, go/don’t go, k.o., decision, draw, etc, will have action regardless of any change in weight class, scheduled length of the bout or championship sanction, unless stipulated otherwise.  All boxing pick the round proposition wagers are “No Action” if the scheduled length of the bout is changed from the distance displayed by the Sports Book.

BASEBALL – Baseball wagers are accepted in the following manner:

Action – Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher.  If either team’s scheduled starting pitcher changes after the wager is placed, the wager will stand at the opening price of the adjusted line.  Action wagers may be placed on the money line, run line, and total.

One Specified Pitcher – A wager on or against one specified pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher.  Specified pitcher must start or wager is deemed “No Action” and the wager is refunded.  If the opposing pitcher does not start, the wager stands at the opening price of the adjusted line for the money line, run line and total.

Both Specified Pitchers  - A wager that specifies both starting pitchers.  Any variation constitutes “No Action” and the wager is refunded.

First Half (First Five (5) Full Innings) – All wagers on the first half will be decided on the basis of the score at the end of five full innings. If the game is called or suspended, and the home team is leading, the game is official after 4½ innings.  Once five full innings have been completed, all wagers on the first half will stand regardless of the length of the remainder of the game.  First half wagers may be made as Action, One Specified Pitcher and Both Specified Pitchers subject to the rules above.

Propositions – Various unique wagers may be offered.  Rules for these wagers are posted on electronic boards and/or on printed media

NOTE: Each team’s starting pitcher is defined for wagering purposes as the pitcher that throws the initial pitch.

BASEBALL – In the event of a pitcher(s) change prior to the start of a baseball game, money odds may be adjusted.  If one scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, “action” and live “one specified pitcher” wagers will be computed at the opening price established with the new pitcher.

OVERTIME – Overtime periods are counted in the final score for game, total and halftime wagering unless otherwise noted.

HALF-TIMES – On half-time wagers, the entire second half must be played for “action”.  Overtime periods are included as part of the second half.

FUTURE BOOK – On Future Book wagering, there are no refunds. Please see specific rules for individual sports located on betting sheets.

Sports tickets will be honored for 1 year after the date of the event.  Winning tickets may be mailed in for redemption.  See the reverse side of the bet receipt for mail-in collection instructions and address.

Management reserves the right to add, delete or change the sports book house rules and payoff odds.

The Nevada Gaming Control Board has sole jurisdiction over disputes.

Placing wagers or collecting wagers is prohibited by anyone under the age of 21.

Management is not responsible for location changes.  If a game or event is moved from original location, all wagers are “action”.

Management assumes responsibility for paying the .25% federal excise tax on race and sports wagers.

Once a wager is accepted by both parties, tickets will not be altered or voided prior to post-time except at the discretion of management and with the approval of both parties.  Wagers may only be rescinded with the approval of the Nevada State Gaming Control Board Chairman or his designee.

Management will keep a record of all races, mutuels, related betting proposition statistics and wagers to protect the interests of both parties in the case of obvious mechanical or human error.

A wager accepted after the official “Off Time” of a race is void, and money will be refunded.

The Atlantis  is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered, or unreadable tickets.

The Atlantis reserves the right to refuse any wager(s).

Minimum and maximum wagers on all races shall be determined by the Atlantis.

All Races must be run on date and track scheduled.  If a race is postponed and/ or rescheduled to a later date, the event will constitute “No Action” for betting purposes, unless stipulated otherwise.

Entries and field horses are classified as one betting interest unless otherwise specified.

An Exacta, Daily Double, Daily Triple, Quinella or Trifecta wager accepted on a race where that specific wager is not offered constitutes “No Action” and money is refunded.

Official results and mutuels as determined at the track on the day of the race will be considered official by the Atlantis for wagering purposes.  Any subsequently overturned decisions will be disregarded.

Rules for all race proposition wagers, i.e. futures, horse vs. horse, winning time over/under, etc., payoff odds and the determination of winners and losers shall be established by race book management, unless stipulated otherwise.

All statistical and other data displayed on the race and sports book screens and scratch sheets are for the convenience of our patrons.  Maximum care is taken to insure the accuracy of such information and the integrity of the sources at all times.  However, due to human or mechanical error, management does not assume responsibility for data inaccuracies.

Winning wagers must be cashed at the property where purchased.

The Atlantis assumes absolute responsibility for paying the mandatory .25% Federal Excise Wagering Tax required by law for wagering on sporting events and horse races.
